Dogwood Dulcimer Association meets every Monday night (exceptions for some holidays) from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the
Trinity Presbyterian Church
3400 Bayou Blvd
Pensacola, FL 32503.
New dulcimer players are provided a private lesson to cover the basics.

(Meeting Directions From I-10 in Pensacola take the Davis Hwy exit. Go south on Davis Hwy to Brent Lane/Bayou Blvd & Davis Hwy intersection. Turn left onto Bayou Blvd go all the way past 3 red lights. The last one will be 12th Ave. cross over it and go about 0.5 mile and the church will be on your left. Or take I-110 and get off the Brent Lane exit going east. Proceed straight crossing over Davis Hwy and Brent Lane becomes Bayou Blvd. and follow rest of direction as above.)

(Meeting Directions From Pensacola, FL go north on Hwy 29 into Cantonment. Go past the paper mill on your left and go through the light at Muskcogee Rd. Very shortly after the light there is a sign that says 95-A, stay in right lane and go right, the road forks to the right. Keep going until you come to an convenience store on your right at Williams Ditch Road and turn right. Go across RR tracks and about less than 0.5 mile Cottage Hill Methodist Church will be on the right.)

Instruments Played at Jams?: mountain lap & hammered dulcimer and other folk instruments...guitar, mandolin, bass, harmonica, bowed psaltry, fiddle, recorders, krumhorn, strumstick, ukelele, dobro, autoharp, banjo and any other traditional acoustic instrument.. Grab your instrument of choice, come on over and play some tunes with us.

Just want to listen? Come on over and enjoy. We might, however, try to show you how easy it is to play a dulcimer.
But we don't twist arms.
