Ingredients 1 lb chicken drum-etts 1 cup of soy sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tblespoon of sugar 2 tblespoons of fresh garlic (to taste) 1 tblespoon of dry red pepper seed Procedure Use Granny's cast iron frying pan and heat all of the ingreidents except the chicken till the sugar melts and the liquid is hot.
