A recipe from Linda for when you need supper in a hurry

Ingredients

You can use all or part of the following meats:
 
link sausage - sliced and cooked
chicken - canned
shrimp (raw - shells & tails removed - they will cook by the time the rice does)
 
Yellow saffron rice (5 -8 serving size)
1 cup chunky salsa (Mild, medium, or hot - your choice)
Water or chicken broth (amount called for on the bsg of rice)

Procedure

Put all ingredients in a skillet big enough to hold it and in 20 minutes, or, when the
rice is done, it is ready to eat.
