Ingredients 1 box Italian bread crumbs 1 lb ground sausage fried and drained 1 can mushrooms drained 4 eggs 2-1/2 c milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 tsp dry mustard grated cheddar cheese to taste Procedure (the night before) Spray 9x13 pan with PAM. Layer pan with bread crumbs, sausage and mushrooms. Beat eggs, add milk, mushroom soup and dry mustard and stir until mixed. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight (or 8 hours). Procedure (the next morning) Let casserole dish come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake for 45 minutes. Add greated cheddar cheese on top. Bake additional 5-10 minutes.
