Corn-Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 - 5 oz packages Mahatma yellow rice
2 - 11 oz cans Mexicorn, drained
2 - 10-3/4 oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook rice according to package directions.  Mix corn and soup,
then add to rice.  Pour into a lightly oiled 9x13 casserole dish
and top with cheese.  Bake for 30 minutes.

Great with ham or chicken.
Do NOT use fat-free cheese.
