Fudge Cake - No Wheat

Ingredients
1 - can Garbanzo beans drained and pureed in food processor
1 - c sugar (or Splenda for the low carb folks)
1-1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips melted (forget the low carb - lol)
1/2 tsp baking powder

Topping
1/2 c warmed raspberry jam
fresh raspberries

Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix pureed Garbanzo beans, sugar (or Splenda), melted chocolate chips and baking powder.
Pour into a 1 layer cake pan.  Bake for about 45 min or until a knife comes out clean.
Cool completely (yeah, right).

Serve with a spoon or two of the warmed raspberry jam topped with fresh raspberries.
