Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 c all-purpose flour
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 egg
3/4 c milk
1/4 c Canola cooking oil
1/2 c canned pumpkin

Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In one bowl, combine white flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder,
salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.  Make a well in center of bowl.
In another bowl, beat egg and combine with milk and oil, then stir in
pumpkin.  Add liquid mixture to flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.  Fill full.  Bake about 20 minutes or until
golden brown.

May add 1/2 c grated carrots, 1/2 c raisins and 1/2 c chopped nuts.
If using paper cupcake liners, spray lightly with PAM.
