Tex-Mex Squash and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
3 c cooked shredded chicken
12 corn tortillas
1 medium onion, diced
3 medium yellow squash, sliced
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 box frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz picante sauce
1 4.5oz can green chilis
3 c shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Saute the squash and onion, just until tender.  Mix all ingredients
together, except save some cheese to sprinkle on top.  Spoon into
greased 9x13 inch casserole pan.  Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.  Uncover
and bake 5 minutes or until cheese browns on top.
