INGREDIENTS
2 limes squeezed (zest if going to blend; omit if not)
8 oz Tequila
3 oz Triple Sec
splash club soda

PROCESS
Zest lime(s) if blender will be used; omit if not
Squeeze limes into measuring pitcher (or blender)
Add tequila
Add triple sec
Blend or stir
If using blender strain and divide into 2 collins glasses
If not using blender, don't strain (retain the pulp)
Add about 1 oz club soda to each glass
Add ice to top of glass
Add straws, stir and enjoy
