I had 8.8 oz container of the cheese, so I increased cream a little in proportion. I also used most of 12 oz caramel jar and a good bit of 17 oz hot fudge jar. On hot fudge, since I wanted that vs just chocolate sauce, I carefully thinned it in the microwave so it was drippable but not too hot to melt anything it went on. Regular chocolate sauce would not have this issue. I also use more toasted pecans than they called for. What the heck!
