THIS IS A RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Hashing may be dangerous and an insanely debauching activity, when done correctly, involving walking or running over various types of terrain in unpredictable weather, and the possibility of being attacked by viscious marmasets and milk drinking vampcows. I accept the risks involved, some known, some unknown and some just downright ridiculous to me at this time. I waive ALL rights for legal and/or civil action against all person(s) participating in or organizing this event. I forfeit all rights to sue or maul anyone associated with or connected to the participants in this event. Everyone is a big boy and girl, or at least they all damn well better be, and understands that we all must have at least some modicum of personal-space respect if the situation calls for it. I'll get my freak on, but fully understand that MY freak-on may not necessarily be the freak-on of others.
There is to be NO discernable Drugs or Illegal Substances, And No Man Thongs! (thats just wrong, and we could all live a nice long life without seeing that - i mean seriously, ewww). I am aloud to Drink as much as my heart desires and my bladder or liver permits, and have a fucking awesome time! I further attest that I am of legal drinking age by United States legal statutes and will consume no more alcoholic beverages than I can handle AND I am personally responsible for my own consumption and will stop myself when I have consumed my personal limit. I am solely responsible if I break any laws, hurt anyone or urinate on the property of another Hasher due to my advanced drunken inebriated behavior. If I disrupt the other hashers, I know that I will be kicked out, perhaps just kicked in general and possibly carted off to jail -- that's totally MY fault too.
